The Dräger Alcotest® 4000 is ready to use in just 4 seconds, thanks to a backlit operation button that also allows menu navigation. Always operational, the Dräger 4000 breathalyzer can operate at temperatures between – 5°C and + 50°C.
The Dräger Alcotest® 4000 has 5 replaceable and washable mouthpieces that are easy to replace. The exhaled air passes through the detector through the air duct and only a small sample of this air is analyzed. Thanks to this technique, the same as that used by law enforcement, there is no residual alcohol in the alcotest®, thus ensuring reliable and accurate results.

It is also ideal for carrying out checks in the presence of a large number of people, such as at the entrance to workplaces, schools, stadiums, public transport and security checks at airports.
How to use the Dräger Alcotest® 5000
No mouthpiece is necessary since the Dräger 5000 breathalyser is equipped with a chimney which ensures that there is no return of air exhaled by the subject and thus avoids transmission of pathogenic agents. The chimney can be easily replaced after use, making it a hygienic solution.

The breathalyzer displays neutral symbols on the screen that guide the user through the testing process.
